  11.  DOOMLoad v3.0 is a working BETA! If you discover a problem, please let me

  14.  The Lowdown
  15.  -----------

  17.  DOOMLoad v3.0 is quite possibly one of the best DOOM Front ends around.
  18.  Fully mouse (or keyboard) driven interface gives you quick and easy access
  19.  to everything you might want to set up to get DOOM up and running.
  20.  
  21.  As previously, DOOMLoad v3.0 supports QuickNet (tm) for Novel Networks for
  22.  up to four players. One player configures the DOOM session, while the
  23.  other three sit back and wait for the quicknet packet.

  25.  Also implemented, is null modem serial link (for those corporate outbound
  26.  reps who sit in lobbies waiting for a meeting which is half an hour away)
  27.  support and WORKING modem support (Sorry, I had to do away with QuickModem
  28.  due to the "robustness" of id's serial drivers. QuickModem would have
  29.  degraded the playspeed. I'll do more work on this for v3.1 though...)
  30.  Working modem support is based on the settings in the MODEM.STR file
  31.  packed with the DOOM15BT.ZIP file (Required!)

  33.  PWAD validation routines tell you, AT A GLANCE, just about everything you'd
  34.  want to know about a WAD before you play it. What levels they replace,
  35.  if there's additional, music, graphics, sounds, and if the PWAD supports
  36.  deathmatch. Select a WAD, and it will automatically adjust the
  37.  Episode/Mission to start you there.

  39.  DOOMLoad v3.0 now supports a dialing directory for up to 2500 of your
  40.  DOOM buddies (Oh Yes!!!), up to 3000 different modem strings, up to 
  41.  4000 PWADs all accessable by one touch alpha keys (OH YES!). Ie: Press "G"
  42.  and it will take you to the start of the G's, then press "Z" and it will 
  43.  take you to the start of the Z's...

  45.  Also integrated is a LMP recorder/viewer which is fully supportive of DOOMs
  46.  multiplayer recording facility. Don't argue about who killed who with one
  47.  shotgun blast, capture the moment(s) and play them back for bragging 
  48.  rights!

  51.  DOOMLoad, the first, and quite possibly the best DOOM Front end around.
